Welcome to Royal Premiere Healthcare, a provider of homecare services and doctor on call services. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Royal Premiere Healthcare services, which include, but are not limited to, our homecare services and doctor on call services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you and Royal Premiere Healthcare.
The homecare services provided by Royal Premiere Healthcare include, but are not limited to, personal care and assistance, medical and nursing care, IV therapy packages, physiotherapy, home blood and covid tests, etc. Our doctor on call services provide access to licensed healthcare providers who can diagnose and treat a range of conditions via doctor’s visit.
To use the services provided by Royal Premiere Healthcare, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
When using the services provided by Royal Premiere Healthcare, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to use the services in a responsible and ethical manner. You are solely responsible for the use of the services and for the results obtained from their use.
Royal Premiere Healthcare is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. We will take all reasonable steps to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal and medical information, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Royal Premiere Healthcare is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from the use of its services. In no event will Royal Premiere Healthcare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royal Premiere Healthcare, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the services provided by Royal Premiere Healthcare.
Royal Premiere Healthcare reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the services following any changes to these Terms will indicate your acceptance of the new terms.
Royal Premiere Healthcare may terminate or suspend your use of its services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the United Arab Emirates.
These Terms and your use of the services provided by Royal Premiere Healthcare will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
By using the services provided by Royal Premiere Healthcare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the services provided by Royal Premiere Healthcare.
